Hazard Description Sunken manhole in centre of carriageway up to 10cm deep. This defect, which could be potentially fatal if hit by a cyclist or motorcyclist, has been evident for over seven months. In the past week TfL have attempted to place cones around the hole but these have been pushed aside due to the location and could lead cyclists into the defect.
