Hazard #81354

ID #81354
Status Fixed
Location SP 72456 86118
Location Description Travelling north around the roundabout, there is a clear line that everyone takes in and out. Where this 'line' most closely meets the centre island is where the tarmac becomes incredibly slippery due to wear.
Road Name Farndon Road
Hazard Type Other
Hazard Description Road surface so slick that provides a very real chance of a cyclist hurting themselves (as proved to be the case). There is a clear 'line' through the roundabout that practically every single vehicle takes and the tarmac on this line is lethal in that it's like an ice rink. Not broken, merely worn badly with limited adhesion.
