| 29 Mar 2008 - 23:54 | Fixed | Reporter | This sunken manhole cover has been fixed, in two stages. In the first stage, a patch of tar appeared and looked as if it had falled off the back of a lorry. Luckily, the second stage where they did a proper job followed only about a week later. |
