Hazard Description three manhole covers are extremely exposed tarmac is gone all around them leaving a rut around 4 inches deep, with the edges of the covers sticking up and exposed , this is very dangerous to both cyclists and motorists, please note this is the main route used by primary school children to cycle to Bridge Of Allan primary school!
