Hazard Description See Photos: There are deep holes where the edge beam of this crossing has been replaced by tarmac. Several panels move under traffic & are depressed leaving the track raised. It's very dangerous as the crossing is almost 45 degrees and any edge can deflect a cyclist. If a cyclist falls he could lie injured until hit by a train. This is GROSS NEGLIGENCE as it has been reported 4 times since 2008.
