Location Description Just as cycle lane travelling along Brook Road and Hooley Lane rejoins carriage way from footpath, travelling east. A few metres to the east of the railway bridge, opposite railway access path. On National Cycle Route 21.

Hazard Type Unevenness due to rut or gully
Hazard Description Uneven road surface, posing hazard to cyclists. This rut often fills with water, due to water draining from nearby railway bridge, and leaking water main a few meters to the north. Seems to have been repeatedly "fixed" over the last few months, but always an issue again within a few weeks or any attention.
