May I suggest that you refer the matter to the local authority, The London Borough of Hounslow. This body has responsibility for the A3006 portion of Bath Road, TW4.

28 Apr 2010 - 10:04CommentHighway authorityPlease be advised that the reported defect was visited , Upon inspection it was noted that the sunken manhole cover belongs to Thameswater. We therefore actioned this matter by sending a Section 81 Report to the statutory undertaker requesting that they carry out repairs within seven days timescale.
