Hazard Description | manhole cover is sunken and loose and causing noise every time vehicles pass over it which, as it is on the main A2 is about every 2 seconds and is extremely disturbing to residents at night. I am a local resident and have reported this happening before but the problem has ocurred yet again and only a couple of months after this road was completely resurfaced. |
