Location Description As stated above. The hole is in the middle of the footway. The address 137 Euston Road is displayed on the wall about 2 metres to the east. This is the south side of the road.

Hazard Description In the middle of the footway , in front of 137 Euston Road, London, where two slabs of concrete join, one of those slabs has decayed to form a foot size depression about 5 cms. deep. My wife suffered bruising or strain to the muscles of her left foot when she stepped half on this hole, at 6.17 pm on 14th. July. We were walking towards King's Cross Station.
