Hazard Description | Hazard 21403, previously reported here, and to Local Authority received reply that cyclists should dismount. This does not solve problem, which is to protect cyclists from oncoming taffic as traffic light "all red" phase is not long enough and Authority will not extend it until system is replaced. Can we please have a notice at each end of hill involved, which has a double bend and no pavement. |
