Hazard Description Tarmac badly broken up round a large square manhole in the northbound left wheel track. This is very dangerous for cyclists. If they run over it the uneven bumps through them off track if they go out to go round it they are in conflict with passing vehicles which are already closing in to get to the left of the centr island just past this point.
