Location Description | A couple of stretches near the bottom of Curly Hill #1) at the corner with Middleton Road and #2) About 100m up the hill |
Road Name | Curly Hill |
Hazard Type | Pothole |
Hazard Description | Very poor road surface on the descent of Carters Lane in Ilkley - potholes, unevenness and loose gravel across the road. It’s over a stretch of about 100m near the bottom of the hill. It’s particularly dangerous to cyclists. This is also on the route of the Ilkley Triathlon. I reported problems before the last event in Sept 2019 - the road wasn’t properly fixed then and it has got worse since. |
