Location Description The hazard is on the B6305 at the bottom of a steep little hill heading towards Hexham before you get to Lowgate. The hazard is just past some high fir trees.

Hazard Description There is a very large pothole on a very fast descent which could easily throw a cyclist off their bike if they hit it. The hazard is exactly where a cyclist would ride on the road and they have little time to swing out to avoid it. It makes it extremely dangerous for cyclists as this is on a very fast bit of road where vehicles speed down the hill.
