Hazard Description | On 2 April, my wife fell down on a sunken manhole cover on pavement at 55 Allans Meadow, Neston, CH64. Pauline Mac broke a bone in left hand , requiring a very stressful visit to A&E at the height of Covid. I have reported this TWICE to Cheshire West Council and nothing has been done to date to make it safe. Plus, the utility manhole cover next to it at 57 Allans Meadow is now broke & sunk |
