Hazard Type Pothole
Hazard Description A long ridge has gradually formed in the road surface, presumably where two lengths of tarmac were originally laid. This creates a crevice for bicycle tyres which if they enter they are then stuck in, in the same way that a tyre can get stuck in tramlines, leaving the cyclist unable to turn the wheels left or right.
