Location Description Leave the A419 (Swindon to Cirencester) just after Cricklade and head for Kempsford. After leaving the A419, the slip road sweeps round to a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit to Kempsford. Approx 50 yards later, where the road slopes, is the gulley.

Hazard Type Unevenness due to rut or gully
Hazard Description A rut or gully which is getting wider/bigger as traffic drives over it. It essentially goes from one side of the road to the other and it is crumbling away at the side of the road. Lorries use this road, so the repair must be robust.

It is approx 50 yards before the entrance to a Eysey Manor Concrete Plant.
Approximate Size 16 feet long by two foot wide. In places, it is up to five inches deep.

Approximate distance from Kerb All the way across the road.
