Hazard Description The anti-skid surface on the bend is breaking up badly. This is a hazard to cyclists who have to avoid the broken surface and ruts, and who are forced into the centre of the carriageway to avoid the dangerous surface damage/potholes, with cars coming up rapidly behind them on a bend. I fear this will lead to a cyclist being hit from behind my a motor vehicle.
