Hazard Description Alongside a utilties trench repair, the tar line has come away leaving a dangerous long rut. it's only narrow but is along the preferred riding line, and is long and would catch any bicycle wheel like a tram line would. it looks like this may have been reported a year ago by someone else but nothing has been done and it appears that it may have got worse.
