Hazard Description 'Top dressing' with loose gravel of multiple roads in the Surrey Hills, including many downhills used by cyclists, among them Staple Lane, Crocknorth Road, Green Dene, Newlands Corner, roads around Leith Hill. Pitch Hill (descent from Winterfold to Shere) should have been gravelled yesterday, but has been postponed during the rain. Very dangerous for cyclists. Multiple punters seen and reported.
