Hazard Type | Pothole |
Hazard Description | Combination of 5 large potholes grouped together that are so big it is impossible for a car going north to avoid them without crossing into the opposing carriageway \nSmall narrow cars and tricks with double wheels have to cross ENTIRELY into southbound carriageway to avoid a 3\" to 4\" hole\nThis morning while cycling SOUTH I was almost hit head on by a huge fully laden Tipper wagon travelling NORTH who swung almost to the opposite kerb to avoid the potholes\nThese holes are on top of the A55 bridge, and can be seen now to have eaten through two layers of tarmac substrate. For the structure of the bridge itself, this must constitute a structural integrity risk |
