| Location Description | I’m not sure exactly but you can’t miss it! It is on the west bound carriageway. I think somewhere between the church and school. There were cars parked on the other side (S) of the road, so with a car coming towards me I couldn’t avoid the hole. |

| Hazard Description | Very serious hole next to a gully cover. I have just driven over it and there was a horrible noise when my wheel hit the hole. If a cyclist hit this they could easily come off their bike. Unfortunately it was dark so I didn’t get a good look at the hole. I only saw it a split second beforehand. |
