Road Name | unknown |
Hazard Type | Other |
Hazard Description | very rough surface while decending the hill which has broken a spoke on my wheel today, to avoid the hazard you need to be nearly a cars width from the edge of road. It appears that something has been spilled and covered over to create a very rough surface that at speed could cause a wheel to colapse and as the hill is very steep speed is going to be an issue |
