Hazard Description A section of the northbound carriageway a few hundred yards from the Tower View roundabout has a gully centrally between the two lanes. This hazard has been there for well over a year and caused my to come off my motorbike in January 2006 when my front wheel got caught in the gully, throwing me into the path of approaching traffic. The road has since been turned into a dual carriageway but this particular section has not been resurfaced.
