Hazard Description Top layer of surfacing has been lost since about the beginning of December 2007. Not helped by failed drainage. The area was effectively drained but since a new electricity cable was trenched along the west side of the road during 2007 this side of the road floods regularly over a length of 20-30m, including the footpath and to the middle of the road (where the hole is). Takes 24 hours to drain.
