Hazard Description Previously tarmac covered byway now in terrible state of repair with several raised manhole covers, rocky surface exposed and huge amount of loose stones, along with sections of mud; small strip of remaining tarmac. Difficult to walk along let alone cycle/ride horse; lethal at night time due to lack of lighting. Overgrown in summer time.
