Location NS 48538 68587
Location Description Travelling from Inchinnan to Renfrew, after the road merges there are two or three large patches of potholed road surface. These conclude near the farm road but there is another pothole nearer the copse of trees about 400m further along the road.
Road Name A8 Greenock Road
Hazard Type Pothole
Hazard Description Numerous potholes over about 400m on an unlit stretch of road which is forcing cyclists to :-

a) swerve to avoid them
b) ride down the middle of the roadto avoid them
c) risk life and limb clattering through them hoping they don't crash.

I use a very powerful head torch and still struggle to see these, I don't know how any cyclist with an average light would be able to see them.
