| Hazard Description | There is a manhole cover here. On both sides of the manhole, the road surface has sunk a good deal. On one of the sunken bits, a hole has appeared. As far as I can tell, there is a hollow beneath. Every indication is that the substrate is being removed beneath the road and the whole problem needs to be addressed rather than a simple pothole-filling job. |
