12 Oct 2010 - 13:53Report againReporterMany thanks and certainly some of the uneven drain covers have been repaired. However, the road is still in a dangerous state for cyclists.

It is the out-going side of Unthank Road from Cambridge Street to Mile End road that is poor - largely around previous road repairs which have disintegrated - largely between the kerb and 2 feet out into the road - where cyclists tend to be.

13 Oct 2010 - 15:31FixedHighway authorityAlthough there are surface course imperfections, there is nothing dangerous since repairs have already been undertaken. In the longer term it is hoped that we will have sufficient funding to resurface the older sections of the Unthank Road carriageway.
