Location Description Immediately outside number 29 Gravel Hill, Poole. On the Southbound side of the road travelling towards Poole.
Road Name Gravel Hill (A349)
Hazard Type Pothole
Hazard Description Large and deep pothole next to a drain cover. This road (Gravel Hill, (A-349)) is one of the main arteries into Poole; it's extremely busy, with many LGVs using it 24 hours a day. Whilst swerving to miss this crater, on my road bike, I was close to getting hit by a following LGV that sounded its horn. This is a death trap. The hole is +3.5 inches in depth and increasing daily.
