Hazard Description The whole length of Elm Lane from Lane Top to where the resurfaced section on Southey Green Road is a mess. Hundreds of potholes mixed with poorly constructed speed humps. A very dangerous stretch for cyclists, especially westbound downhill. It was bad before the cold snap but very bad now.
