| 11 Feb 2010 - 10:48 | Fixed | Highway authority | An inspection was carried our on the 3/02/10 at the junction of Carlton Avenue East and Preston Road outside Lincoln Place. Defects within our criteria for repair had been identified and marked up for repair. I am pleased to inform you that the carriageway repairs have now been completed at the above location.
