| Hazard Description | Cables have been laid under the road by cutting a narrow slot, laying the cable and then filling the hole with tar. The tar has sunk in some places and leaves a slot about 1" wide that is enough to trap a bicycle wheel and cause an accident. Given time this will become a major hazard. Has started to appear in a number of places in Coventry. |
