| Hazard Description | Sunken round manhole/inspection cover. Sharp iron edges of manhole damage bicycle wheels and headset bearings (and give severe spinal pain if struck). It also damages the car's suspension, if travelling in it, when it smashes over it. Surrounding tarmac is starting to break up and sink around the inspection cover. Inspection cover needs replacing; before it causes an accident. |
