| 25 Jul 2008 - 17:39 | Comment | Reporter | No attempt has been made to repair this serious hazard. Legal action can now be taken against Borough of Poole under Sect. 50 of the Highways Act. |
| 6 Dec 2008 - 11:29 | Fixed | Reporter | This was finally remedied two months ago. The delay in reporting it fixed was possible legal action pending against Borough of Poole and Wessex Water PLC. Between the two of them they set out to confuse the issue and their collective responsibility in safeguarding the public. That they defend every action to the hilt even though presented with concrete proof: photographs and this website etc. They are wasteful and deceitful operators who state one thing on their website (window-dressing) but do the opposite when it comes to repairing faults. Naturally if it were the son or daughter of the CEOs of either Wessex Water or Borough of Poole riding their bikes and got injured at this location - it would then be fixed in an instant and massive damages in general and consequential losses would be sought. Normal people don’t count in this country - only the rich or their offspring. |
