Location Description Crook Log junction - opposite old swimming baths - new flats are being built on the site and I think it is the volume of heavy lorries and work being carried out that has caused the damage to the road surface - this will be a very very busy junction.

Hazard Description dip in road - surface all cracked - this is on an extremely busy junction and when coming either straight on from the traffic lights or turning right from traffic lights it is difficult to avoid the dip and very hazardous whilst driving.
