Rate Your Council

We are pleased to announce a new feature that lets you rate how well your local authority fixes the potholes in your area.

How to rate your council

  1. Log in to this website
  2. In the contents box on the left, click the Authorities List link
  3. Click your Council Highway Authority from the list (or anywhere else you see its name as a link)
  4. Click the “Rate” tab, and click the stars to give your rating

You can rate a council only once, but you can change your rating whenever you like.

Awards

We will judge the best pothole fixing council based on its ratings.
